Refund Policy
The rule is simple: losing a title later is not a refund reason, but duplicate charges and payments that cannot deliver the claim are protected.
Being replaced later
A successful claim delivers the current-holder placement. If another person later completes a valid higher claim, that expected change is not a cancellation or refund reason.
Duplicate charges
A confirmed duplicate charge for the same transaction will be refunded to the original payment method after verification.
Failed delivery or concurrent claim
If payment succeeds but the title cannot be awarded because the minimum changed, another payment completed first, or a technical failure prevents delivery, we will either complete the valid claim or return the payment to the original method.
Unauthorized payments and legal rights
Report suspected unauthorized use promptly. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
How to request help
Contact support@projectlol.com with the email used for payment, the title URL and the transaction date. Never send a full card number or one-time security code.
